Professional Experience
- Joined Parker Daniels Kibort in February 2026.
- Before joining PDK, Aaron litigated real property and commercial disputes at litigation-focused firms in central Minnesota, handling boundary line disputes, land use and zoning enforcement, mechanic’s liens, shareholder disputes, contract enforcement, and general business litigation through all stages of litigation.
- Aaron also operated a solo practice handling real property disputes and business litigation for central Minnesota clients, advised small businesses on formation, leases, and acquisitions, and worked of counsel with a construction litigation boutique.
- Prior to returning to Minnesota, Aaron spent four years in Aberdeen, South Dakota, where he handled several hundred criminal defense matters — traveling the backroads to rural courthouses across the northeastern judicial circuit and into southeastern North Dakota — before Covid and Zoom made that a memory. He also represented criminal defendants in federal district court on multiple occasions.
