Benjamin Mueller returns to Parker Daniels Kibort after serving as a law clerk with the firm in 2023. Since then, Ben has served as national counsel representing a national residential and commercial security company, a large hospitality group, and railroad clients in litigation spanning numerous jurisdictions across the country.

Ben’s practice focuses on business and commercial litigation, defamation litigation, insurance coverage, shareholder disputes and business divorce, employment law, and matters involving the Uniform Commercial Code. His broad, multi-jurisdiction litigation experience enables him to navigate complex legal issues across diverse industries while delivering practical solutions for clients.
