Minneapolis, MN — Parker Daniels Kibort is proud to announce that Attorney Eric Zumbach has joined the firm’s litigation team.

Eric brings extensive experience in both civil and criminal litigation to Parker Daniels Kibort. Before joining the firm, he served as a felony public defender in Sherburne County, representing clients in serious criminal cases. He also practiced civil litigation at Twin Cities law firms, handling disputes involving business, employment and real property matters.

At PDK, Eric’s practice includes business and commercial litigation, civil rights and Second Amendment cases, employment disputes, real property litigation and arbitration and mediation.

Eric earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Minnesota Law School and holds advanced degrees in English Literature (B.A., M.A.), Comparative Religion (M.T.S., Harvard University), and Library Science (M.S., Simmons University).

He has been recognized as a North Star Lawyer for 2019, 2020, and 2021 for his pro bono work and was chosen by Bryan Garner to serve as a critical reviewer for Modern English Usage. Eric is also active in the Twin Cities Jewish community and is a member of the Aleph Society, an organization dedicated to preserving the works of Rabbi Adin Steinsaltz.
