Parker Daniels Kibort is proud to announce that Attorney Eric Zumbach to our growing team. Eric brings a powerful blend of civil and criminal litigation experience to PDK. Before joining the firm, he served as a felony public defender in Sherburne County, successfully representing clients in complex criminal matters. He previously practiced civil litigation at Twin Cities law firms, handling disputes involving business, real property and employment law.
His areas of focus include business and commercial litigation, civil rights and Second Amendment matters, employment disputes, real property litigation and alternative dispute resolution.
A University of Minnesota Law School graduate, Eric has been recognized as a North Star Lawyer for 2019, 2020 and 2021 for providing more than 50 hours of pro bono service each year. He was also selected by legal writing authority Bryan Garner to serve as a critical reviewer for Modern English Usage.
In addition, Eric is active in the Twin Cities Jewish community and is a member of the Aleph Society, an organization devoted to preserving the works of Rabbi Adin Steinsaltz.
