Parker Daniels Kibort Welcomes Attorney Joseph Teirab to Litigation Team
Minneapolis, MN — Parker Daniels Kibort, premier litigation law firm in Downtown Minneapolis, is pleased to announce the addition of trial lawyer Joseph Teirab.
A graduate of Harvard Law School, former U.S. Marine Corps Captain, and former Assistant U.S. Attorney, Joe brings a wealth of trial and litigation experience to Parker Daniels Kibort. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, employment litigation, insurance disputes, and anti-fraud and related extra-contractual claims.
As a federal prosecutor, Joe handled some of Minnesota’s most high-profile cases, including the RICO prosecution of the Bloods gang, a cartel-linked narcotics conspiracy, the murder of a police officer, and the Feeding Our Future fraud case. He successfully tried multiple jury trials, all resulting in guilty verdicts.
Joe’s service as a Marine Corps Judge Advocate included deployment to Iraq in support of Operation Inherent Resolve, where he provided operational law counsel regarding targeting and compliance with international law.
