Parker Daniels Kibort attorneys Chris Daniels and Greg Arenson represented minority shareholders seeking a buyout of shares claiming breaches of fiduciary duties piercing the corporate veil and other equitable relief.  Following four days of trial, the court returned its decision ordering defendants to pay our clients nearly $1.7 million dollars as a buyout of their membership interest in the company.  In addition, the court awarded all reasonable court costs and attorneys’ fees, as well as extensive injunctive relief, and pierced the corporate veil.
