Daniel Rosen and Andrew Parker say they’ve had the easiest of law firm breakups, which is coming to a head right now.

Parker’s new firm is Parker Daniels Kibort, where the other lawyers are Christopher M. Daniels, Jesse H. Kibort, Anthony G. Edwards and Frederick C. Brown, of counsel. Mark Kiperstin is with Rosen in that new firm, which officially opens May 9.
